These terms govern your use of the Tilkie image protection app for Shopify, operated by INFOWISE LIMITED ("Tilkie", "we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Tilkie embeds invisible watermarks in images you choose to protect, lets you detect those watermarks, and generates Chain of Proof certificates. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or have the rights to the images you protect or check with Tilkie.
• You are responsible for how you use Chain of Proof certificates and any enforcement action you take.
• You must use the app in line with Shopify's terms and applicable law.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify Managed Billing. You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Protection is non-destructive, and downgrades restore images above your new plan's limits.

No legal advice and no guaranteed outcome

Tilkie provides tools and evidence to support takedown requests. We do not provide legal advice, and we do not guarantee that any host, marketplace, platform, or third party will act on a request or remove infringing content. Specialist takedown assistance, where offered, is provided on its own terms.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
